Omni
Omni stud cutter is a further development of our Classic stud cutter.
With the same base unit, you now have the ability to add and switch between a wide range of cutting cartridges for precise and customized cutting of most steel studs and tracks on the market.
It offers the same convenient handling and use as the Profilsax Classic, but with a simple hand motion, you can change cartridges and thus cut a large variety of different brands and profiles.

There are two main advantages to the Omni stud cutter. On the other hand, you never need to order a new base unit when you need to cut a new type of stud; you simply add a new cartridge. This means you can always expand with new cartridges as new needs arise.
The scissors’ handle is ergonomically designed to make the cutting process as comfortable as possible. The shaft is also equipped with a locking device, which can be easily clasped when you move the cutter, and which becomes a convenient handle.
The Omni stud cutter is built on a frame with a so-called hat profile. It is equipped with mounting holes if you want to secure the cutter to, for example, a workbench or an assembly trolley.
The cutting blades are made of hardened knife steel, laser-cut and then ground. This ensures a very high level of quality and precision, guaranteeing a long service life. If the blades wear out over time, they can be easily replaced with new ones. As an accessory for an Omni stud cutter, we have developed a handy box for storing cartridges for three other models. This box allows you to select the cartridges you need and easily take them with you to the workplace.
We continuously develop more and more cartridges, and the range is constantly being expanded.
