CM50S

The CM50S Panel Lift is our latest addition to our selection of panel lifts. It is based on our CM70S, which has been on the market since 1970, but has a slimmer and lighter design. This makes it even easier to move around the job site, between different floors, and so on. Installing sheet materials in ceilings becomes ergonomic, comfortable, and efficient.

The lift consists of three main parts: the foot, lifting leg and yoke. No tools are needed to assemble or disassemble the lift. All parts of the lift, except for gears, chains, and similar components, are either electro-galvanized or coated with powder epoxy. All tube ends are equipped with plastic caps to prevent damage to walls and ceilings when working.

The foot is equipped with five ball bearing castors, two of which have brakes. The lift is equipped with a sturdy steering wheel for safe and comfortable work. The steering wheel also helps position the lift, e.g. when a plasterboard panel is to be mounted into the ceiling. The CM50S is equipped with the same safety lock as our other Panel Lifts. The safety lock is released with a thumb grip for lowering but will automatically return to the lock position with the slightest amount of upward lifting movement. The thumb grip is well secured on the steering wheel. The lifting leg sits down in a swivel mount in the foot which further aids when the lift is to be moved into position e.g., when installing plasterboard.
